Scope of Service
- Enwa Konuşma Arkadaşım is a platform that matches users for language practice.
- Using the platform for purposes other than intended will result in a permanent ban.
- If re-registration with different email addresses is detected, those accounts will also be banned.
Account & Responsibility
- You are responsible for your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are held responsible for all activity on your account.
Matching Logic (Language & Level)
- Matching is based on native language, target language, and proficiency level.
- A1 level is matched only with A1; other levels are matched within their tier.
- The Any Level option means you can be matched with any proficiency level.
Attendance & Cancellation Policy
- You are expected to join scheduled sessions on time.
- If you miss 3 sessions without cancelling, your account will be permanently banned.
Community Rules & Prohibited Content
- Hate speech, racism, political propaganda, and any form of harassment are strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited content will be removed when detected.
- Users who violate these rules will be permanently banned without warning.
- Reported content is reviewed by our team.
Sessions & Disputes
- Users are responsible for everything that occurs during a session.
- Users can file a complaint after a session.
- No audio or video recording of sessions is conducted.
- Enwa Dil Akademi is not an arbitrator or judge; legal channels may be pursued for disputes.
Content, Messages & Oversight
- In-app messages are not private.
- Enwa Dil Akademi may review message contents for safety and policy compliance.
Free Usage
- The platform is currently offered free of charge.
- Paid features may be introduced in the future with prior notice.
